职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement quality management system like ISO9001, ISO14001 and other quality system required in company;
2. Ensure and drive the continuous improvement for the quality of the raw material and products produced by the company
3. Implement quality documentation system;
4. Define, monitor, report and improve key supply chain KPI’s, including Supplier OTD (Past due), DPPM, supplier rating and ranking;
5. Establish specific short / long term supplier quality goals;
6. Report supplier performance regularly and follow up appropriate and timely corrective actions;
7. Maintain and update supplier audit system and schedule, conduct supplier audits to drive process standardization and continuous improvement;
8. Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances;
9. Work to resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply to production;
10. Lead supplier performance improvement projects to increase the supplier capability and flexibility;
11. Drive “Zero Defect” mentality within the supply base;
12. Handle customer feedback and cooperate with Manufacturing and Repairing department for root cause and corrective actions;
13. Drive for customer stratification
14. Others assignment.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electronics / Electrical Engineering, Materials, Machinery or other related discipline;
2. Familiar with quality management system and supplier quality management system maintenance and implementation, minimum 3 years related working experience;
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English and Chinese is required;
4. Comfortable with communication/engagement with suppliers and partners;
5. Ability to get in details, and solve problems, result oriented;
6. Initiative, self-motivated, independently, willing to take challenge and work under pressure;
7. Organizational leadership skills: aggressive in achieving results, while collaborating and communicating effectively with other members of the team and partners. 举报 分享
