工作概要 Job Summary

Responsible for Car Infotainment system mechanical design, analysis and improvement from RFQ to production

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities

1. Mechanical Design / Modification using CAD tools (CATIA), Prototyping, Testing and Validation
2. Mechanical design and analysis include requirement analysis, tolerance stackup, thermal analysis, FEA structure analysis etc.
3. Creating 3D-Models, Drawings and TFS(Technical Function Specification)
4. Design for manufacture/Assembly with suppliers/plant
5. Tooling design review and tracking with suppliers
6. Interpretation of the results and adaptation of the design accordingly Selection, Application and Qualification of new components and key suppliers
7. Project leading to meet timing, cost and quality, prepare technical reports and presentation
8. New mechanical technology development and design innovation, including material, structure, function, appearance etc.
