The core of the fischer Process System (fPS) is to continually improve the group of company’s processes in all business operations by aligning ourselves to our customer's needs, avoiding waste as well as increasing adding value. We are constantly striving to achieve the greatest benefits for our customers within the fischer Fixing Systems operations, fischer Technique, and fischer Consulting.

Your responsibilities
工作职责：
1. To lead and manage national and international consulting projects in order to create lean added value processes in a broad business sector environment
在广泛的商业环境中，创建精益增值流程，领导和管理国内外咨询项目；
2. To provide professional and technical support to our customers from conception to successful implementation of Lean Principles in Administration, Production and Logistics to the overall design of the Supply Chain
通过在管理、生产以及基于整个供应链设计的物流体系中成功实施精益原则，为客户提供专业方面及技术方面的支持；
3. To conduct and facilitate workshops as well as further developing the employed consulting methods
为客户实施和组织研讨会，并不断开发更多的咨询方法；
4. To carry out customer training together with our Academy
协同我们的学院共同为客户制定实施培训计划。



Your profile
任职资格：

1. A university degree preferably in Economics, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with Business Administration or technical / commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience
本科及学历以上，经济、工程、工业工程等专业，具有多年商务管理、技术或商业职业培训实操经验；
2. Five to six years of experience in implementing process improvements including the accompanying change processes in an industrial environment or Three to four years of professional experience in corporate consulting
具有5年以上工业行业领域内流程改进、过程改进的实操经验；或者具有3年以上企业咨询公司专业咨询工作经验；
3. Detailed knowledge of Lean Management and the drive to implement processes
精通精益管理知识并能积极推进执行流程；
4. Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
出色的概念性分析能力；
5. Excellent command of Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
熟练掌握普通话和英语，听说读写流利；
5. Team spirit as well as flexibility and able to travel extensively
良好的团队合作精神，适应弹性工作制，能够接受频繁的出差；
6. Professional appearance and presentation and moderation skills
始终保持专业的着装，具有优秀的演讲技巧以及灵活适度的调整。
