职位描述：
岗位职责:

1. 维护客户关系，掌握客户出货计划及生产变动，积极与其他部门配合，发挥协调功能，确保货物安全准确的运输，令客户满意
2. 处理客户投诉，提出解决问题方案，改善建议，将整改意见或新的要求布达给操作、单证及其主管，提高客户满意度
3. 定期安排拜访计划，维护好大客户
4. 掌握竞争者的信息
5. 掌握大客户的账期、账款
6. 在现有大客户和问题客户中开发新航线，新客户
7. 协助操作部门定期安排客户拜访计划
8. 协助操作部门处理大客户的在货物运输过程中的所有问题
9. 负责接待国外客户，同事和代理

任职资格:

1. 专科以上学历，物流及外贸相关专业毕业
2. 英语CET6以上，听说读写熟练
3. 有跨国货运代理公司相关工作经验2年以上，有大客户操作及服务经验优先
4. 品貌端正，性格开朗，有责任心
