Description

Be responsible for customer service, production planning, inventory and shipment management as well logistic system maintain. Multi-Roles in different Fields:

- POs management from Sales Team and make production plan accordingly.

- Capacity booking, PO and Work Order release to Subcons, monitor the WIPs and report to manager regularly.

- Support customer’s inventory and delivery plan as well additional custom clearance request.

- Internal logistic system maintain, such as PO, WO, invoice, payment registration and so on, better pre-plan/construct each kind of spreadsheets for future SAP building.

- Take charge of monthly Account Statements with both customers and Subcons, monthly Account Statements with internal Finance Accountant.

- Outsourcing warehouse management, co-work with forwarder to handle each delivery to customers in good quality.

- Internal warehouse management, weekly update the inventory of projects/products which are at R&D stage.

- R&D stuffs transportation management between SH and US site.

Qualifications

- Experience in logistic system maintain and management, SAP systemexperience is a good plus.

- Supply chain knowledge, China custom clearance knowledge is a plus.

- Basic knowledge of lean logistic and lean production, basic financial knowledge is a plus.

- 2 or 3 years of warehouse management experience.

- International trading business knowledge.

Education Requirements

Required: Bachelor degree or above in Logistic Management or Supply Chain Management.
