?设计,建立,设置和执行全球客户报告所需的所有技术解决方案。
?持续改进客户报告质量和效率,实现高水平的标准化和自动化。
主要任务:
?设计和实施技术客户报告解决方案
?定义和编写业务需求规范(BRS)
?推动和管理与关系数据库管理系统(RDBM)相关的所有计划
?负责在新解决方案中培训团队主管和报告代理
?审查和管理所有新的最终实施报告请求
?与业务操作伙伴合作评估变更要求并制定***解决方案
?协调和管理所有技术接口
?持续改进计划的建立及实施
教育背景/工作经验:
?大专及以上(物流工程管理或计算机相关专业)
?业务分析师相关经验
?至少两年的业务流程工程专业经验
?精益六西格玛(绿色腰带认证)获得者优先考虑
?操作行业经验(至少3年)
电脑知识:
?VBA高级知识,熟练应用于办公自动化,Visio,MS Office应用程序中的高级功能(Excel,Word,Outlook,Powerpoiny)等。
?熟悉物流信息操作系统,例如:SAP, FOS,AirWarder / SeaWarder,Pantrace,Intrac,COM.net,SCA,SCP,DW和PRA
等。
?熟悉网页 编程语言如Javascript, HTML,CSS等者优先考虑
