职位描述：
Main Responsibility:
1. Monthly & weekly demand planning process
Improve forecast accuracy by driving the monthly product demand forecast cycle. Validate data inputs to the forecast and review and fine tune the statistical forecasts
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to incorporate current and long–term market intelligence into the demand plan at product, customer and market levels and to develop, document and update the assumptions supporting the demand plan.
Collaborate with Marketing to incorporate new product introductions, product conversions and product deactivations in to the plan.
Lead and facilitate monthly consensus meeting with BU and get forecast alignment.
Develop a demand-based revenue plan by business unit for comparison against annual business plans and financial forecast updates.
Monitor actual demand and perform weekly demand planning process, quick response with big change and work closely with Supply Planner for weekly plan reconciliation.
Play as a key contact window between BU and planning team for any demand issues.

2. KPI & Master data
Monitor the demand plan performance (forecast error, accuracy, and bias) by measuring actual versus planned performance at multiple planning levels and work with collaborators to improve.
Own DP master data and ensure good connection with supply planning side.

3. Others
Prepare DP monthly dashboard.
Perform analysis to determine alternative optimization models and other ways to improve the forecasting process.
Support internal supply chain or cross functional projects.

Qualifications:
1.Personality
Strong ownership with very proactive working attitude
Detail oriented
Ability to effectively work cross functionally and good communication skill
Conflict resolution

2.Competency and Skills
Strong knowledge of demand planning process, SNP knowledge will be a plus
Good command of supply chain planning process from long-term to short-term planning
Strong statistics and analytical skills, data sensitive.

3.Background
MNC, FMCG, Fine Chemical or diversified business experience preferred
Good oral and written English skills.
BA/BS is required, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Statistics or Similar discipline
Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain, +3 years Planning experience required
