岗位职责：
1 为了保证公司物流系统能够适应公司发展的要求，协助物流经理负责物流系统策划和实施。
2 为了不断提升物流系统的运作水平，负责物流系统的评估和改善。包括但不限于对物流系统中的流程、包装、器具、布局、设备等因素进行优化。
3 为了保证物流成本达到公司目标，协助物流经理对物流系统成本进行分析与控制。
4 为了保证物流运输商能力满足公司需求，参与对物流运输商进行管理。包括参与物流运输商的开发选择和商务谈判。负责物流运输商成本控制；协助物流经理对物流路线、物流器具、运作模式进行优化。
5 为了提高第三方物流仓库的运作能力，协助进行第三方物流仓库管理。包括协助进行商务谈判，协议签订；参与日常管理、绩效管理和成本控制；负责运作模式的优化。
6 为了保证产品交付水平的达成，参与成品运输交付管理。包括参与产品交付计划的执行、异常处理；参与在途跟踪，对异常情况进行反馈并处理；参与交付达成统计、分析和对交付达成中存在的问题进行分析改进。
7 为了物流部门工作的顺利开展，参与规划仓库存储方案。

任职资格：
1 领导能力：
1.1 敢于承担责任，执行力强；
1.2 思路清晰，文字表达能力强，善于沟通与协调；
1.3 能够接受挑战及一定压力；
2 核心能力：
2.1 熟悉物流相关职能模块的运作与管理；
2.2 有较强的数据分析能力；
3 专业/技术能力：
3.1 有制造型企业物流策划、设计能力；
3.2 熟悉生产现场常用工具和方式，如JIT、Kanban、Lean等；
3.3 具备问题分析与解决能力；
3.4 了解TS16949体系，掌握质量分析工具，例如8D、7步法等；
3.5 Office软件运用熟练；基本英语读写能力；有ERP使用经验尤佳；
4 基本要求：
4.1 教育/资格：本科及以上学历,物流管理或管理专业；
4.2 工作经历：3年以上工作经验，汽车行业尤佳；
