Duties：

Ensure that project funds are allocated in the correct accounts.
Ensure that man-hour spent in Projects are recorded properly in the prescribed format (hard and soft) and coordinate payroll for project personnel.
Projects expenditure allocation reporting and aid in the preparation of project budgets
Facilitate availability of project funds in accordance with approved project spending plan
Coordinate with Project manager/ Procurement lead for Guarantee and warranties.
Provide advice in financial matters participate in resolution of claims and matters pertaining to Contract and involving commercial discussion.
Coordinate with insurance services providers to establish insurance plan for the facility.
Participate in Audits and facilitate external Auditors requirements.
Perform all coordination required, internal and external for invoice processing, retention, release of payment, tax return filing etc.


Qualification, Skills and Experience：

Accounting/bookkeeping experience with a preferred 10 years of construction project accounting experience.
Good oral & communication skills.
Ability to maintain up-to-date accounting records through the use of computer software
Educated and experienced accountant with background in the construction industry
Ability and expertise in the use of MS Word and MS Excel, and the ability to interpret and use various financial software programs.
