职责
？ 用Primavera制定度假区范围的各项工作及里程碑/总体的项目进度
？ 准备项目计划，并根据工作范围/战略文件制定整合的项目总进度
？ 准备项目生命周期及项目总进度规划
？ 整合各业务部门的意见，制定全面的计划和进度
？ 综合所有内部、外部组织的意见，协调及整合项目进度
？ 按需召开计划及协调会议，以支持规划及监控职能部门
？ 收集/报告进度、评估差异、制定应急计划及协调解决差异的工作
？ 按需提交报告，以满足项目需求，并向管理层报告
？ 准备招标包的进度明细，必要时确定合同进度里程碑

必备资质
？ 本科或同等学历
？ 2-3年的项目计划/进度规划经历，和/或具备迪士尼计划/协调经验者优先
？ 具备至少1年的Primavera实战经验
？ 注重细节，具备出色的组织及人际交往能力
？ 可展示熟练操作电脑的能力
？ 能够同时处理多任务，并在快节奏的环境中独立工作
？ 出色的书面及口头表达能力
？ 出色的陈述/演示能力
？ 积极主动、永不放弃的态度
？ 是一名好队友，有高度保密的意识
？ 普通话及英语流利
Position : Project Planner

Location : Pudong, Shanghai

Reports to (Title) ：Director, Project Integration
Position Responsibilities
？ Develop Resortwide Work Streams & Milestones /overall Project Schedules using Primavera
？ Prepare project plans and work with scoping/strategy documents to develop integrated project master schedules
？ Prepare project life cycle and project master schedules
？ Develop comprehensive plans and schedules from multiple Lines of Businesses
？ Coordinate and integrate project schedule input from all internal and external project organizations
？ Conduct planning and coordination meetings as required to support planning and monitoring functions
？ Collect/report progress, evaluate variances, develop work-around plans, and coordinate resolution of variances
？ Produce reports as required to support project needs and management reporting
？ Prepare schedule specification for the bid package and determine contract schedule milestones if needed

Required Qualifications
？ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
？ 2-3 years of experience as Project Planner/Scheduler and/or Disney planning/coordination experience preferred
？ At least one year hands on Primavera experience required
？ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
？ Demonstrated computer proficiency required
？ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment
？ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
？ Strong presentation skills
？ Be positive and proactive, and never give up attitude
？ Good team player with high degree of confidentiality
？ Fluent in both Putonghua and English
