职位描述：
Main responsibility:
Customer interface:
? Conduct the failure analysis process of the customer returns(zero km and warranty),following the PDCA/FTA methodology and work towards customers satisfaction;
? Assist customer on site to analyse the concerned quality issue and manage sorting/repair/others;
? Follow customer objectives and indicators concerning quality claim/alert or warranty;
? Follow strictly the respect of answer to customer response,present and explain the PDCA including counter measure report to the customers;
? Quality Interface when customer audit will be done in production facility;
? Make sure that all of PDCA communicated by the PLANT and sent to customers are clear and logical;
? Communicate with customers to have a mutual agreement for quality standard to avoid unclear rejects.
APU Quality:
? Transmit the quality claim or alert to the production site of the concerned product;
? Stop the production if the quality problem or potential risk is found in production line to ensure the product quality;
? Assist in start of production for new products by implement of customer expectations;
? Participate in the PDCA/QRQC activity to find the root cause and corrective/preventive actions for internal quality issue to reduce the line reject;
? Provide the division with actual products,data and any information that can help to analyze the problem to improve quality quickly and to prevent from reoccurrence.

Qualification:
1.Experience in Quality functions in automotive industry for 3-5 years minimum;
2.Strong ability to work under pressure,flexible, reliable and sense of quality;
3.Communication skills to obtain timely information from different areas and customers;
