Major Responsibilities:
- The planner has to develop the technical documents for turnaround/shutdown.
- The planner will be responsible to make sure the scope requests is detailed such that all job steps are prepared, including materials and documents. The documents shall be such that contractors are able to execute the work "without question" what work needs to be done and that the work package is of such quality that the scheduler can use the prepared work package of the planner for scheduling.
- Compilation of a technical documentation for all activities within the shutdown.
- Define relevant site activities before and after the turnaround.
- Create job cards and work packages for turnaround tasks.
- Define job steps with duration for scaffolding, excavation, dismantlement, lifting, mechanical work, inspection, NDT, repair etc.,
- The planner is able to recognize, understand and to collect information of following work devices: reading a P&ID and technical drawings, understanding of piping specifications, pressure testing, lifting plans, operation lock and tag out &
blind list, safety plan, work permits, line breaking, specific maintenance procedure and instructions, operation sequences, etc.,

Working Relations:

Internal
TA Manager - Responsible for overall turnaround tasks completion
TA Coordinator - Responsible for overall planning and execution of turnaround tasks
Design Engineers - Support TA planner for technical and design issues.
HSE Engineer - Support TA planner for TA HSE planning
QA/QC Engineer - Support TA planner for TA QA/QC planning
Cost controller - Support cost controller for cost estimation
Scheduler - Support scheduler for scheduling in formal template

External
Operation Plant - Close working with BUs about operation sequence, impacted units
Contractor - Monitoring contractor's activities during TA execution

Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of construction management experience or engineering practices in chemical or related industry projects preferred.
- Knowledge of maintenance activities at piping, valves and equipment.
- Knowledge of contractor management
- Familiar with PRC codes and engineering standards.
- Good interface with the engineering disciplines.
- Good English skills
