职位描述：
Job requirements职位要求:
Education: College degree or above in mechanical engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferable automotive industry.
Specific knowledge:
- Good CNC Machine, PLC knowledge
- Manufacturing process/program knowledge
- Gear and Clamping fixture knowledge
- Good English in writing and listening
- Experience or knowledge of TS 16949 management tools required.
Profile:
- Energetic, process-oriented, able to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts

Areas of responsibility职责范围:
- Tooling maintenance and management, change over&adjust
- Solve process issues related to machine, fixtures…
- Lead and improve SMED project
- Automation production implementation
