行政部经理工作职责及需要具备的工作技能:(中文版)
1, 客户销售部:(与客户联系,寻找新的客户,报价准备,订单/合同起草/管理)
1) 电话访问客户,预约有机会合作的客户与总经理直接见面会谈
2) 制定公司销售计划,及达完成当年总经理定下的销售指标
3) 直接出差拜访老客户
4) 负责催促客户及时付款
5) 负责制定合同起草及报价单和付款清单给顾客
2, 内部管理工作:(人力资源,公司员工缴费,工资,退票,考勤,员工签证,银行相关的操作和检查,税务相关的事情,会计,工作流程定义制作/公司创建),
6) 制定完善,及时更新公司的行政管理制度
7) 负责公司人事招聘,员工档案管理、办理员工社保,住房公积金、签订劳动合同、解决员工与公司的劳动争议
8) 负责每月发放工资、提成和福利及年终奖励核算, 制定现金财务报表登记,及制定现金报表及每月记账报表和现金报表发送给总经理
9) 负责公司员工考勤、请假管理工作
10) 外籍员工的签证及就业证的办理等,负责外籍员工的警察局备案工作
11) 安排现金会议以及管理程序会议及会议记录等会议服务
12) 负责公司仓库管理做好收支登记
13) 负责公司日常用品采购,及接收和发送快递业务
14) 安排会计工作日程和检查会计工作
需要具备的工作技能:
中英文口语写作流利阅读无障碍
熟悉运用办公软件word, excel, power point等办公软件
有公司行政管理经验
有中国的会计及税务知识
在工作中有组织能力
愿意学习和接受新的领域知识
Administration manager work responsibility and required skills: (English version)
1, customer (contact with customer, looking for new customers, quotation preparation, PO/contract drafting/management,
1) Contact customer (phone, email), search for new possible cooperation with possible customers, book and prepare meeting with customer.
2) Develop sales plans, completion of the sales targets set by the General Manager for the year
3) Business trip to visit customers
4) Responsibility of customer payment
5) Responsibility of quotation and invoice to send customer.
2, Internal (HR, company employee payment, salary, refund, attendance, Visa of employee, bank related operations and checking, tax related things, accountancy, process definition/creation in the company)
6) Develop and update company rules and administration process
7) Responsible for job advertisement, employee documents, insurance house funding registration, labor contracts ,and resolve labor problems
8) Responsibility of salary, and bonus counting, make cash report and cash control report and send to general manager every month.
9) Responsibility of employee work attendance, take leave management work
10) Responsibility of foreigner employee work visa application and work certificate application, Responsibility for foreigner employee residence record in policeman station.
11) Arrange cash meeting, process meeting and meeting record and service.
12) Responsibility for company store, check balance and record for borrowing.
13) Responsibility for diary purchasing and received express and send express work.
14) Arrange accountant work process and check accountant work.
Required skills
a. Fluent in Chinese and English (written and oral),
b. Familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint software etc,
c. Administration and management of company knowledge,
d. Chinese accountancy and tax related knowledge,
e. Organized in the work,
f. Willing to learn and tackle new domains.
