职位描述：

• Ensure that exemption fees are applied correctly for each student to ensure that the students are billed and fees are paid timely.
• Ensure that applications and admin fees are applied correctly for each listed course provider and fees are paid timely.
• Assist students with technical enquiries concerning CIMA student registration and exemptions;
• Provide technical support to internal departments, and local business partners regarding exemptions and registration.
• Advising students of their progress throughout the registration and exemption process via telephone and/or email.
• Ensure the highest standard of customer service, accuracy and professionalism in all aspects of the student services work;
• Organise student activities, such as study groups, workshops and student clubs, etc..
• Organise information day and orientation to increase CIMA’s awareness within mainland China;
• Liaise with PearsonVUE for CIMA CBA and exam centres to ensure high standard exam services covered all over the China
• Assist course providers with their application and marketing activities.
