l 帮助生产部门改进产品质量、优化工艺流程及过程参数，提高生产效率

l 参与项目第四，五，六 阶段的开发工作及工业化准备。

l 内部包装设计优化及供应商包装确认

主要职责

l 参与安全/质量等方面的8D分析

l 帮助生产维修部门分析复杂的设备故障，进行调试以保证设备正常运行。

l 参与向生产部门提供有关工程作业规范，操作指导，设备调试维护方面的培训

l 参与项目第四，五，六 阶段的开发工作及工业化准备

l 参与落实有关防差错及统计技术应用

l 参与对现有工艺过程及参数的优化，对现有设备，模具，加工及装配线的改进，相关工装，设备改进技术任务书的编制及与供应商的技术交流。

l 进行内部包装设计优化及供应商包装确认

能力及教育背景

l 总结转化技术诀窍的能力

l 良好的英语表达能力

l 掌握机械设计

l 掌握CAD软件如：UG, Catia, Autocad

l 良好的安全和人机工程学知识

l 基本的自动化方面的知识

l 掌握塑料材料加工及焊接过程控制

l 较好的自动化/气动/液压/电气等方面知识。

l 良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力

l 有一定的物流包装知识

l 机械设计本科学历

l 至少2年机械设计或设备设计或塑料焊接方面经验

JOB SUMMARY
* Support production to improve product quality, optimize the process flow and parameter to improve production efficiency
* attend the new program development of phase 4,5,6 and industrialization preparation.


Main Mission
* Participate the analysis of 8D, quality and safety.
* Support production/maintenance team to analyze the complex problem on the machine and assure the machine work in normal situation.
* In charge of the production team training about working instruction, technical specification and machine turning.
* Industrialization preparation coordination between program and plant, participate in the program development gate review.
* Application of Pokayoke and SPC
* Optimization of process flow and parameter. prepare the machine improvement specification and technical communication with supplier.
* In charge of internal package design and supplier component package validation


Competences and education background
* Competence for formalizing and transferring the know-how
* Good English level (speaking, listening, reading and writing: fluent)
* Mastery of mechanical design
* Mastery of CAD software( UG or Catia, Autocad)
* Good knowledge for safety, ergonomic
* Basic automatism knowledge
* Mastery of plastic material machining and welding process control
* Mastery of pneumatic and hydraulic Knowledge
* Good automatic, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge
* Competence for analyzing, solving the problem and building the action plan
* Basic knowledge of package
* Bachelor major in Mechanical Design, Minimum 2 years’ experience for mechanical design or machine design or plastic material welding
