工作概述

l 确保质量规则及方法的展开，并在项目开发过程中进行跟踪监控（INPRO, INCHANGE, ISO/TS等）

l 确保质量目标的实现

l 确认项目输出与流程一致，符合INPRO要求及与先进经验一致

l 一旦有严重不符合产生时提交否决报告，一旦高风险被识别，应将项目提交项目委员会并终止项目

l 确认安全性、可靠性，与产品/体系标准及规则一致并遵守人机工程学要求

主要职责

l 执行团队协作并与整个项目小组成员保持良好的工作关系以完成项目目标

l 协调质量事宜并坚持质量优先特别是DFMEA及PFMEA，监督并发放相关的关键过程/过程特性（KPC）/关键控制特性（KCC）及其它相关文件

l 根据内部及外部要求定义并支持项目质量文件的建立

l 保持与客户及供应商质量代表长期直接的联系

l 贯彻项目中必要的审核

l 计划确认并监控质量进程情况以达到质量目标

l 协调所有必要的PPAP相关行动

l 协调并/或进行内/外部预生产过程审核

l 分析样件质量并在发生偏差时推荐纠正措施

l 定义及发出关于项目的质量风险、偏差警告

l 指导并引导项目小组成员如何使用质量工具及方法

l 准备并参与客户的先期产品质量流程或类似的评审

l 在工程变更批准过程（INCHANGE）中代表项目质量

l 参与设计评审及项目评审

l 在爬坡阶段支持工厂质量团队

l 管理样件、预批量及生产控制计划（包括围堵措施及安全、法规相关事项）

l 参与定义项目风险及实施行动计划

l 过程成本节约

l 发布正式报告并预计项目质量目标及成本（每月）

l 建立项目质量历史文件并与INERGY分享经验教训

能力及教育背景：

l 燃油系统方面的技术背景

l 良好的英语表达能力

l 熟悉审核流程及质量工具及方法

l 大专以上学历

l 2年的供应商质量保证或质量工程师经验

JOB SUMMARY
l QE ensures that quality rules and methods are deployed and followed during the development process (INPRO, INCHANGE, ISO/TS…)
l Ensures achievement of quality targets
l Verifies that project deliverables respect the process and comply with INPRO and best practices
l Rejects deliverable in case of major non-conformity, push the project to the project steering committee and ultimately can stop the project in case of high risk identified
l Ensure reliability safety, compliance to norms and regulations of product/system and to ergonomic rules
Main Mission
l Develops teamwork on a collaborative and works in synergy with all project team members to achieve project objectives
l Coordinates quality activities and insists on quality focus participating in particular to DFMEA and PFMEA, supervising and releasing relevant Key process/Process Characteristics (KPC)/Key Control Characteristics (KCC) on all related documents
l Defines and supports the establishment of project quality file according to internal and external requirements
l Maintains permanent and direct contact with customer and suppliers quality representatives
l Carries out necessary audits on project
l Proposes defines and monitors quality road map to meet quality targets
l Coordinates all necessary PPAP related activities
l Coordinates and/or performs internal /external pre-production process audits
l Analyses prototype quality and recommends corrective actions in case of deviation
l Identifies and warns on quality risks and deviations on project
l Coaches and guides project team members on the utilization of quality tools and methods
l Prepares and participates to customer Advance Product Quality Process (APQP) or similar reviews
l Represents project quality during engineering change approval process (INCHANGE)
l Participates to design reviews and project reviews
l Assists plant quality team(s) during ramp-up phase
l Manages prototypes, pre-series and production control plan (incl. containment measures and reporting on safety and regulations relate issues)
l Participates in identification or project risks and implements action plans
l Proposes cost savings
l Issues regular reporting & re-forecasting of project quality targets and costs (typically monthly)
l Records quality project history file and shares experience within INERGY
Competences and education background
l Technical skills with good knowledge of Fuel Systems
l Fluency in foreign languages
l Conversant wilt audit Process and Quality tools & methods
l College degree or above
l 2 years experience as supplier quality assurance or certification /degree in quality engineering
