职位描述：

工作内容：

1. 主要高分子材料（以乳液为主）的合成工作，同时根据公司的主打市场进行应用开发；

2. 新型胶粘剂、涂层等高分子合成材料产品的技术开发以及对内和对外的技术支持；

3. 从技术角度，为生产部提供必要的生产支持，使合成出来的产品得以顺利放大生产；

4. 相关的高分子产品测试设备的维护以及测试方法的优化和开发；

5. 为其它职能部门提供必要的产品及技术方面的培训；

6. 积极参与公司的质量管理体系、安全管理以及精益化管理方面相关的工作；

Job Description:

1. To be focused on the synthesis of polymer materials (emulsion as majority) and application development to fulfill the customer needs in Hetrun’s main markets;

2. Provide new product development support and technical sales support for the products like special adhesive and coating;

3. Provide technical support to cross function team like operations, sourcing etc.;

4. Leading the maintenance of the testing equipments and optimization of testing methods;

5. Actively involved in the coordination of quality system, safety regulations as well as lean management system for the company.

要求：

1. 高分子、化学相关专业本科以上学历，能阅读英语，具备一定的口语能力；

2. 对技术工作富有热情以及创新精神，积极主动独立思考并处理问题；

3. 具备较深的高分子材料合成经验的优先考虑；

4. 具备良好的与人沟通、交际的能力和谈判能力，做事细心、严谨；

5. 善于学习，工作有主动性和计划性。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in polymer materials, chemistry related major;

2. Good command of English and proficient in reading as well as spoken English;

3. Enthusiastic in research and development (R&D) and always think out of the box for innovation and creativity;

4. Candidate with experience in organic synthesis is preferred;

5. Good interpersonal skills and excellent in communications and team work;

6. Candidate with can-do attitude, active and proactive thinking will be highly preferred.
