职位描述：
Responsibility:

1. Be responsible and accountable for leading and supporting the implementation of the SAPAC (Phase 2) Suzhou project "Plan to Manufacturing" processes (PP/MM/SD modules).
2. Be the main IS counterpart to liaison with APAC P2M business process owners and Key users for finding, implementing and accountable for the correct IT solutions within the Belden ERP (SAP) and associated applications.
3. Provide day-to-day support to the APAC business by resolving change requests and malfunction/incident tickets specific to the area of P2M SAP application modules (PP/MM/SD/PI).
4. As the Global SAP CoE senior member, support Suzhou as well Global P2M processes for other Belden locations within the SAP Application system (PP/MM/SD modules).
5. Be the project manager for SAP and other development and support projects in the Global P2M business process area Belden wide.
6. Ensure the knowledge transfer and skill continuity within the global SAP AMS CoE by providing training and sharing SAP knowledge and skills with the other SAP CoE team members.
7. Specific Functional/Technical skills: SAP PP/SD/MM: Coordation and monitoring of the alignment of SAP PP/MM with overall IT architecture; Create awareness in business units of standard SAP PP/MM functions to optimize SAP usage.
8. Maintenance and support: ensure optimal availability of SAP PP/MM functions are continuously aligned with user requirements.
9. Also experience with the use of SAP PI for interfaces;
10. Support change & release management processes for SAP related change requests, support test processes and user training for SAP PP/MM, support the optimization of management reporting processes in respect of SAP PP/MM, support problem solving processes in the area of SAP, support service level management processes (based on SLA with business units), support lifecycle management for SAP PP/MM.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor or above
2. Major/specialty: Engineering, Computer Science and/or Business Administration
3. Experience:
a) At least have 3years of experience in designing and implementing SAP PP/MM/SD/PI Functional solutions.
b) Must have 5 years’ experience in supporting Manufacturing & Sales and Distribution business processes.
c) Project management experience in system development.
4. Preferred:
a) Experience with Prince II methodology, SAP PI experience.
b) Experience with Lean methodology
c) Implementation of Full Life Cycle SAP implementation projects
5. Language: Mandarin & English, Must fluent in oral and writing English.
6. Working knowledge of SAP SD/Fi/Co is highly desirable. 举报 分享
