职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1. Perform laboratory, pilot, and/or industrial tests for new enzymatically and/or chemically modified maltodextrins from tapioca.
2. Analyze the properties of the resulting starches.
3. Optimize the modification process under the guidance of Biochemistry Research Manager.
4. Record all trial procedures and results including the analyses of the properties in company lab notebook and show to Biochemistry Research Manager once a week.
5. Submit a complete report at the end of the internship.
6. Follow and ensure strict safety procedures and safety checks.


Qualifications:
1. At least Bachelor Degree with food science and Biological Engineering.
2. Proficient in written and oral English, positive to learn, careful and patient, good at communication.
