职位描述：
Purpose of the position:
1. To design, establish, set-up and execute all technical solutions required for global customer reporting.
2. To drive continuous improvement of customer reporting quality and efficiency by identifying synergies and optimization
     opportunities through systematic root cause, trend and benchmark analysis to achieve a high level of standardization and
     automation.

Key Tasks:
1. Design and implement technical customer reporting solutions
2. Define and write Business Requirement Specifications (BRS)
3. Drive and manage all initiatives related to Relational Database Management System(RDBM)
4. Responsible to train the team supervisors and reporting agents in the new solutions
5. Single point of contact for any reporting change requirements and new requests from Key Account Management Team
     including review and management of all new reporting request for final implementation
6. Evaluate change requirements and establish best solution in cooperation with related stakeholders
7. Coordinate and manage all technical interfaces (Corporate, Region, Area and Country)
8. Performs root cause & trend analysis in case of deviation and performance related issues
9. Suggest continuous improvement initiatives to the Customer Reporting Engineer
10. Ensure technical solution is reflected in the processes
11. Manage improvement initiatives

Educational background / Work experience:
1. Higher educational level (business administration)
2. Experience as Business Analyst
3. At least two years professional experience in Business Process Engineering
4. Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt Certification) would be an advantage
5. Operational industry experience (minimum 3 years)

Computer Literacy:
1. Advanced in VBA, Visio, MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), etc.
2. Familiar with logistic industrial systems, e.g. FOS, AirWarder/SeaWarder, Pantrace, Intrac, COM.net, SCA, SCP, DW and PRA,
    etc.

Language skills:
Fluent in English and mandarin
