工作职责（Responsibility）
1、编制内外部财务报表，保证计税依据正确。
Prepare external & internal financial report, ensure accuracy of tax base.
2、各项报表进度的协调控制。
Control & coordinate the process of each report.
3、审核凭证，保证会计科目余额的准确性、真实性。
Check & post vouchers, ensure accuracy of accounts balance.
4、与各分公司财务对帐，保证内部往来帐正确性。
Reconcile with other China branches, ensure accuracy of intercompany current account.
5、业务付款申请和月结对账单的审核销帐，并检查发票。
Apply for business payment and check month end SOA. Check the invoices and prepare the settlement.
6、编制总帐分录，预提/摊销各项办公费用，保证费用期间正确性。
GL entry prepare, expense accrue & amortize, ensure accounting period correct.
7、协助财务经理统计、归集、报送相关财务资料。
Assist accounting manager collect and submit financial information.
8、财务软件的维护协调。
Accounting system maintenance.
9、记帐凭证、账册的保管，财务档案及相关资料管理。
Keeping vouchers, account books, and relative files.
10、上级临时交办的事项。
