岗位职责：
1, 协助销售接待来公司参观考察的客户,通常参与技术交流；
Customer reception sometimes asked by salesman，technical interchange and introduction at ACS .
2, 经常外出到客户处做售前技术交流或者合同签订前细节交流；
Often Go out to have pre-sales technical interchange when asked by salesman, or technical detail interchange before contract signed.
3, 市场调研和新技术消化推广；
Marketing survey and new technology promotion.
4, 文件答疑和解答销售问题；
verbal or written Answer question from customers and salesman always.
5, 样本翻译校对；
Plant Brochure translation and checking
6, 对销售人员的内部培训；
Salesman internal training sometimes .
7, Leegoo报价系统的应用和翻译完善；
Leegoo offer system application and translation.
8, 合同管理工作包括大部分合同起草，全部合同修改和最终确认，新合同召开项目会；
Contract draw out ,check and management，arrange new contract kick off meeting.
9, 合同输入SAP 建项目号，release合同。对内协调合同执行中的疑问；
Contract input SAP and produce project number，release contract. Clarify contract doubt.
10．在合同签订前去现场做场地规划，明确配置内容，客户方案确认；
Go to jobsite to draw site layout to clear configuration and planning drawing to enhance contract smoothly and confirm it by customers. Often customer need site layout to confirm if Ammann plant can satisfy their request and reasonableness.
11, 大部分标书编写和全部标书的确认。多数情况下需要去开标现场答应；
Write Most bidding files and check almost all bidding files，ordinary need to go bid opening site to attend answer question.
12, 常规文件（包括技术规格书、标准合同文本、进口件清单等）整理更新，与其他部门的确认；
Write , compile and update of Common documents including all kinds of specification, all kinds of plants contract and imported list and other, and ask other departments to confirm when needed.
13,报价编写修改或者确认；
Write , compile and confirm offer files from salesman or completely do it myself.
14, 其他标准的基本文件（优势、配置、客户清单等）；
Write , compile and update of other Common documents such as our plant advantage ,configuration and client list.
15, 环保资料收集整理编辑等；
compile and collect of Environmental protection plant file ,learn from all round to improve our ability.
16, PPT 更新完善，根据不同场合准备特殊的PPT；
PPT Update and prepare, special PPT used for special situation.
17,每年一次销售佣金计算；
calculate salesman commission once every year,
18、领导安排的其他任务；
Other occasional duty appointed by leaders.
任职要求：
1、有5年以上机械类?市场销售方面的工作经验；
2、能适应长期出差的工作；
3、机械类统招本科毕业，英语熟练。
