【工作内容】:
1、 来访人员接待，招聘数据资料处理及电话邀约
2、 部门物资整理与保管
3、 会议及培训的准备与协助
4、 业务人事相关工作协助（资料收集与初审、报表更新、出勤统计、资料下发）
5、 协助处理日常行政事务

【工作要求】:
1、形象佳，大方热情，做事主动
2、能熟练使用办公软件，WORD、EXCEL、PPT
3、在校本科或研究生，工作细心负责。能保证一周3-4个工作日出勤，连续3个月； 举报 分享
