职位描述：
工作概要 Job Summary
Be responsible for managing DI software team and reporting to Product Technical Manager.
Coordinates the work within the Software Project Leader to respect schedule and quality objectives.

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage the DI software team and software part of the project.
2. Responsible for the assignment of the quality, schedule, cost goals defined by the Product Engineer.
3. Ensure the consistency between the software and all other project’s participants.
4. Ensure that the delivery will meet customer’s expectations.
5. Tailor the standard processes according to project specificities.
6. Monitor the software development progress and status and report to PTM and customer.
7. Participate in Change Control Board.

资格和要求 Qualification and Requirements:
? Academic experience to include:
Bachelor degree in SW Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Computer Science or related, Master degree is desired.

? Professional experience to include:
1. Knowledge of C/C++ software programming language;
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle software development;
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in software management;
4. Knowledge of CAN Bus protocol, network management;
5. Excellent problem solving skill and analytical skill;
6. Good English verbal/written communication skills.

Demonstrated skills and abilities as might be expected from an individual with…
1. Knowledge of CMMI and Agile development process;
2. Experience in cluster HMI development;
3. Knowledge of white box testing method and MISRA rule.
