职位描述：
1,Provides high level phone support, and on-site support on Werfen products (Critical Care) to the field (Werfen China field organization, and distributors)
2,Manage depot repair process to meet field requirements
3,Prepares service training documentations and train Werfen people, distributors’ engineers and customers
4,Conducts service training
5,Performs other duties as position requires

任职要求：
1,Bachelor's degree in Physics, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
2,Five years practical knowledge of diagnostic instrumentation. Knowledge of Critical Care instrumentation a plus,.
3,Minimum 8 years working experience in technical/field service support management
4,Has demonstrated management experience and a track record of success doing.
