Responsibility:

- Identify appropriate supply base within a country/region;

- Leads sourcing activities within a country/region and participates on the appropriate teams in either the leadership or participant role;

- Assure that the supply base has enough capacity to meet demand. 4.Push for expansion of supplier capacity (when required) when necessary to meet the growth plans of the business;

- Assure the necessary project tracking process and completes the required supplier information (requests for information, requests for quotation, NDA's, ...);

- Coordinate the launch process for new suppliers;

- The local interface with suppliers within the country/region for the organization;

- Support the assistance for purchasing after the transition to the Purchasing organization has been completed

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree with Metal Material or Mechanical (heat treatment) major or above;

- At least 3 years relevant working experience in MNC companies; Heat treatment related experience is preferred.

- Be familiar with heat treatment industry in China and Sourcing experience with HT will be preferred;

- Solid written and oral English ability;

- Work well under pressure.
