岗位职责：
1、负责公司amazon/速卖通等平台的操作；
2、上传更新网站产品信息，回复客户问题；
3、整理订单，跟进订单发货和客户收货情况；
4、处理相关投诉，并进行记录和分析。
岗位要求：
1、专科及以上学历，cet-6或以上等级水平，具备良好阅读及写作能力；
2、良好的沟通能力，能够通过E-mail与国外客户进行沟通；
3、工作细心，有耐心，有责任心，能承受一定工作压力；
4、有wish/ebay/ amazon/速卖通等工作经验者优先考虑。 举报 分享
