Responsibility:
- Leads the Electronic System/Validation activities
- Manages a team of system engineers and validation engineer in charge of standardization, project developments (P1 and P0) and support to Chinese development centers
- Guarantees the technical quality of the System Engineering activities and the know-how capitalization
- Contribute to System and Validation standards and best practices in the China Electronic network
Requirement:
- Bachelor or Master degree in electronics engineering or similar majors
- HW or SW engineer with 8 years of experience in automotive field (design experience)
- Experience in specification or validation plan writing
- Experience of people management
- Possible Experience of project management
- Fluent English
- Good teamwork spirit, Good communication and unti-pressure ability.
