职位描述：
R&R for the position:
? Execute customer support for quality assurance and improvement;
? Drive customer satisfaction improvement by driving down customer number of WC and PPM, warranty claims reduction, customer quality engineering support;
? Host QoS meeting for critical programs of key OEMs;
? Coordinate, support, implement and follow up of continuous quality improvement projects and processes at manufacturing sites;
? Communicate with customers and plants about quality issue;
? Coordinate and execute Quality practical problem solving processes;
? Coordinate and execute training activities for quality competence at operational sites;
? Coordinate and support "ramp up" activities at the manufacturing sites in order to fulfill customer demands;
? Drive and conduct process audit for plants to ensure manufacturing stability and capable to meet customer requirements.
? Coordinate and monitor adherence of warranty process at operational sites in AP region;
? Analyze monthly warranty payments reported by Finance, ensure charges are known and understood, follow-up on questionable items
? Support warranty improvement with global customers.
? Act as a subject matter expert in company quality system and warranty data, train others as needed;
? Perform quality and warranty data analysis to support quality improvement activities and business opportunity;
? Support ad-hoc warranty analysis requests
? Other duties assigned by management.
 
Education:
? Bachelor degree or above in quality or engineering

Required Skills and Experience:
? At least 3-5 years’ experience working in automotive industrial operations with at least 2 years’ experience in quality and customer service management;
? Equip with automotive product and process knowledge;
? Familiar with requirements of ISO/TS16949 and VDA6.3; experience on VDA audit is preferred
? Hands on ability of Problem resolution method-8D, Basic quality tools-FMEA,APQP;
? Familiar with quality control techniques and processes;
? Statistical analytics; Capability of statistical tools application such as Minitab or JMP or else is preferred; Certified Six Sigma GB/BB is preferred;
? Excellent command of English and interpersonal ability
? Proficient computer skills in MS office is required;
? Proactive, keen to learn, strategic thinking, customer and result oriented
Language:
