职位描述：
Job responsibilities include:

1. Assist with customer communication, quote, bidding, contract signing and daily work;
2. Be the main contact window with headquarters’ daily communication, PO process and coordinate the related issues with Logistics & Service department;
3. Assist with finance department to collect AR;
4. Any other work ordered by leader.

Qualifications
1. College and above degree, with 1+ year working experience;
2. Be familiar with Sales, Finance and Contract Law basic knowledge
3. Strong sense of service. Familiar with different kinds of office equipment, skillful in using various office software;
4. Good communication, coordination capability;
5. Strong Team Player, hard worker and fast learner with positive attitude;
6. Fluent in both oral and written English.

职位描述：

1. 协助销售人员完成客户联络，产品报价，标书及合同准备等相关事宜；
2. 作为公司对客户的主要联络窗口，负责与总部的沟通交流，完成销售订单及后续订单处理的工作，协调客户与物流及服务部门的联络工作；
3. 协助财务部门完成尾款回收的工作
4. 完成上级安排的其它工作。

职位要求：

1. 大专及本科以上学历，有1年以上的工作经历；
2. 具有市场营销、财务、合同法等基本知识；
3. 有良好的服务意识，熟悉使用各种办公设备，熟练运用各种办公软件；
4. 具有良好的沟通能力及一定组织协调能力；
5. 具有强烈的团队合作意识，工作勤奋，积极，学习能力强；
