3、参与制定后端模块化规范
4、制定开发计划并完成开发任务
5、制订前端开发规范并推动其实施
6、与其它开发组协作
7、对系统进行持续的改进和优化
8、指导其他工程师的工作，提高其技术水平
岗位要求：
1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，2年以上前端开发经验；
2、精通各种Web前端技术（HTML5/CSS3/Javascript等)，熟练跨浏览器、跨终端的开发；
3、有大型网站前端架构、前端性能、可访问性、可维护性等方面的实践经验；
4、对前端构建有一定了解(如：gulp/webpack等);
5、实际项目中应用过Vue/ReactJS/AngularJS任意一种框架为佳，并了解其中原理；
