1、Work with CMO on technology development process, establish and manage the technical documents of the drug manufacture and quality control process.
参与CMO的技术开发工作，建立并管理公司蛋白类药物的生产与质控技术文档
2、Scientific monitoring of project progression: Manufacture, CMC, stability assessment (analytical/bioanalytical), all the way through IND/CTA submission.
监控项目进度：在整个IND/CDT申报过程中，监控生产，CMC及稳定性测试的项目进度
3、Coordinate with consultants to design appropriate studies to meet regulatory requirements, ultimately to meet the project needs.
在顾问指导下设计合适的实验以满足注册及整个项目的需求
4、Proactively identify potential issues and input the constructive suggestions.
及时发现项目中可能存在的问题，并提出建设性的建议
5、Assist the preparation of the CMC documents for FDA and CFDA IND application.
协助准备FDA/CFDA IND申请的CMC文件
6、Search and prepare scientific references for project needs.
搜索及准备项目需要的科学参考文献
7、Directly communicate (by visiting host, holding TC and auditing, etc.) with national and international experts.
与国内外专家直接交流（拜访，电话会议及审查）

Qualifications：
职位要求：
1、Ph.D. or Master degree in biological or pharmaceutical science. Experience in CMC and biologics is preferred.
生物、药学硕士或博士，有CMC或生物制药经验者优先
2、Project management experience (preclinical program) is preferred.
有临床前项目管理经验者优先
3、Regulatory writing experience is a plus.

4、Excellent English and Chinese writing.
具有优秀的中英文写作能力
5、Good interpersonal skill and teamwork spirit.
有良好的与人沟通技巧与团队合作精神
