主要职责：

1 To manage and lead operation team to coordinate with production and related departments for order processing and product delivery

2 To liaise with forwarding agent and Freight forwarder for quarterly freight review and negotiation

3 Draft ISO manuscripts in accordance to GM’s instruction

4 Responsible for contract review meeting and marketing meeting minutes, compile reports and manage documents

5 Closely cooperate with marketing team and customers to collect and analyze business data

6 Coordinate customer complaint investigation on operation issue and Initiate annual customer satisfaction survey to improve customer service level

7 Other tasks assigned by GM

Observe the related laws and regulations of EHS and related rules and regulations

学历与专业要求：
BA degree in business management or related

工作经验要求：
3-5 year experience in logistics/supply chain management

相关知识技能要求：
1. Strong communication skills and understanding ability
2. Social and meticulous character with customer oriented mentality, affinity for business is a plus
3. Fluent English
4. Know the related laws and regulations of EHS and related rules and regulations
