职位描述：
一、岗位目的：
Job Purpose:
The Technical Engineer – Programming creates applications to facilitate Offline Programming and improve Simulation work flow. The objective is to create OLP applications, that run in DELMIA and Process Simulate environments, which will generate an Offline Program to be loaded into robot drilling cells for improved manufacturing processes as well as automating repetitive Simulation tasks
二、岗位描述：
Job Descriptions:
1. Create OLP Applications that run in CATIA/DELMIA and Process Implement Kit (PIK)
2. Create Applications that improve Simulation work flow using dedicated CENIT FASTIP
3. Has shop experience of robot teaching ( KUKA robot preferred)
4. Has extensive experience using Robcad / Process Simulate
5. Understand RCS Modules and be able to maintain various types of RCS Software
6. Understand post-processing utilizing PIK etc.
7. Trains future OLP Team on using Developed Software
8. Assist pipefitter / electrician with resolving robot drilling problems
9. Run parts or coupons and Verify drilling locations
10. Make necessary changes to achieve cycle time
11. Records in the test notes, the different stages of adjustment and development
12. Conduct on-site testing and customer training
13. Provides assistance to customer production support
14. Accept 50% of on-site trip
15. Understands and follows safety & environmental regulations and identifies safety/environmental concerns
16. Make reporting to the Project Manager
17. Adheres to the Quality System and participates in continuous improvement

Professional Knowledge and Working Skills (Hard Skills)
? Knowledge in robotics, electrical ,PLC and mechanical
? Used to use CATIA, DELIMIA, FASTIP software
? Knowledge of common standards and regulations and customer specifications
? Applicable to electrical, machine equipment, handling, ...
? Using common software (office, specialized software, etc.).

? Understand of oral/written English;
? Good communication skills;
? Able to handle pressure;
? Willing for continually improvement of the own / business related knowledge.
