职位描述：
一、岗位目的：简要介绍设置该岗位的主要目的，表现该岗位对公司经营业绩的贡献。

根据内部流程、公司要求和客户要求，合理高效的完成项目中的LAYOUT工作，实现质量、成本和进度等各项考核目标。
Base on internal processes, company and customer requirement, complete layout reasonably and efficiently, to achieve the indicator of performance check on quality, cost and schedule.
二、岗位描述：为实现岗位目的，所有岗位都对一系列最终结果负责。主要职责就是对该岗位需要达成的最终结果的概括，包括做什么（输入）和实现什么结果（输出）两部分
Job Descriptions: To attain job purpose, all job position need to fulfill job responsibilities by achieving certain results. Job desriptions are summarizing of the outputs of the job position, including what to do (input) and what results (outputs).
1. 负责项目中的LAYOUT、Foundation Layout、围栏LAYOUT和现场支持工作。
Responsible Layout, Foundation Layout, Fence Layout and site support.
2. 控制LAYOUT进度，保证项目节点。
Control Layout project schedule, ensure the project node.
3. 负责项目实施过程中的LAYOUT审核，组织内部评审和客户评审，满足客户需求，降低出错率，保证LAYOUT质量。
Responsible to audit the Layout, organize internal review and customer review, to meet the needs of customers, reduce the error rate, ensure the simulation quality.
4. 控制项目LAYOUT工时，确保工时在项目预算以内。
Control the working hours of Layout, ensure the working hours without going over budget.
5. 执行内部流程以及ISO流程。
Execute internal process and ISO process.
6. 配合工艺工程师完成项目工艺方案的制定。
Support process engineer to complete process planning.
7. 参与安全方案的制定。
Participate in safety concept.
8. 编制安全文档和项目技术文档。
Complete safety documentation and technical documents in project.
9. 完成与工艺、仿真、设计、电气和现场人员接口，实现高效项目协作。
Cooperate with process engineer, simulation engineer, electrical engineer and site people, ensure a efficiency job.
10. 制作详尽合理的钢结构询价技术文件, 参与供应商技术交流。
Complete detail technical documents for steelwork quotation, participate in supplier communication.
11. 通过对LAYOUT人员进行know-how 培训、组织lesson learn会议，提高团队技术能力水平。
Improve the technical capacity level of the team through know-how training and organize lesson learn meeting for Layout engineer and other team member.
12. 高质高效完成公司交办的其他任务。
Finish the tasks assigned by the company with high quality and high efficiency.

工作经验要求：

？ 1年以上汽车焊装线设计经验
1+ Design experience in welding line
？ 1年以上Layout工作经验
1+ Layout experience

Familiar with factory layout and production logistic;

？ 了解白车身行业装备设计；
Undstand basically BIW equipment’s design
