职位描述：
1. 协助制定生产管理标准，以及各类夹具的装配标准,标准工时和作业指导书。
Set up the procedure on assembly workshop, and make the assembly line of criterion on leading time, assembly method, and as well as assembly fixture instruction.
2 负责装配工艺的简化，优化和改善。
Duty on streamline on assembly technics and optimize and improvement on assembly process.
3根据生产进度及时的对生产计划进行调整并且进行监控。
According to the status on assembly line to audit and adjust the assembly plan in order to catch the target.
4. 执行装配质量事故的整改，纠正预防要求。
Make the rectification plan on quality issue on assembly process, and avoid the quality issue to happen again.
5. 项目问题清单的跟踪，处理以及分析。
Tracking the issue list on project, deal with them and analyses well.
6. 监督执行现场作业的自检和互检。
Audit for Implementation the self-inspection and mutual inspection for fixtures testing.
任职资格：
 1 大学专科或同等教育水平，在机械或者气路方面的装配经验
   Junior colleague or equivalent experience level in mechanic / pneumatic assembly background ,
 2 良好的技术图纸理解能力
Good understanding of technical drawings
 3 掌握Windows/MS Office知识
Good Windows / MS Office knowledge;
 4 优秀的沟通技巧
Very Good communication skills;
 5 有较强的工作责任心
