职位描述：
R&R for the position:
- Responsible to produce monthly China automotive market overviews and report to management teams
- Conduct analysis of market and customer information, identify trends and patterns, and translate findings into intelligence presentations
- Conduct competitiveness analysis by working with internal product groups and external vendors
- Provide expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and analysis
- Identify, plan, pursue and manage intelligence collection opportunities and activities
- Support marketing events and marketing communication activities
- Other tasks assigned by marketing manager

Education:
- Bachelor degree or above in marketing or business; Master degree preferred

Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of market research and analysis experience within the Automotive industry
- Have a strong desire to grow and learn, be self-motivated, results-driven, and detailed-oriented with strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Collect, organize, and evaluate data to provide forecast and analysis for the operation
- Ability to align business objectives with initiatives and demonstrate measurable results and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to function in a fast-paced role and enjoy a high degree of flexibility and change
- Proficient in Excel and data presentation
- Able to travel
