职位描述：

根据公司发展战略，协助总经理制定部门考核指标；

带领团队完成公司制定的销售业务指标；

协调客户与公司技术部门之间的问题及处理；

负责项目售前的全过程跟进参与和项目实施过程中的监控；

建立并完善本部门人员的培训、绩效监督、检查、考核；

负责销售团队管理；

负责商机获取、客户接洽、需求挖掘、客户引导和商务公关，投标应标等销售工作，在挖掘整理客户需求的同时能够形成文档；

负责在销售过程中与客户建立良好的商务关系；

负责产品的销售工作；

8年以上工作经验，其中5年以上互联网相关工作经验；

外语读写、口语精通；文字处理能力强；

掌握顾问式的享受工作方法；

熟悉供应链金融产品；

能熟练操作各种办公软件；

良好的沟通能力与专业素养；

具有企业或行业客户资源。
