Scope Data (Job Responsibility Scope)
Lead the Plant Material Planning team for standard working instruction, inventory optimization and on time delivery.
Material cost control and PF cost control

Essential Functions / Roles and Responsibility
1. Set up goals of material planning team, formulate annual material inventory plan and lead implementation according to company strategy, and ensure the completion of the factory’s annual plan.
2. Set up goals of supplier management, lead implementation of supplier continuing improvement, ensure the stock and on time delivery and supplier cooperation
3. Supervise and collect customers’ production plan, monitor, set up and review material and production plan, ensure the accuracy and rationality of planning.
4. Continuously track the release of forecast and supplier's capacity, ensure suppliers meet the project demand.
5. Be responsible for the implementation of material management self assessment, and improve supply chain KPI.
6. Ensure the accuracy of the system information and adjust as needed.
7. According to the company's business strategy, ensure the adequacy and efficiency of the allocation of human resources in material planning team.
8. Be responsible for the budgeting and ensure actual spending under control.
9. Keep smooth communication and close cooperation with Planning Supervisor and Logistics Supervisor to resolve problems quickly and achieve work target.
10. Minimize premium freight and spot buy cost.
11. Keep smooth communication and cooperation with other cross functions to ensure the new program safety SOP and improve the working process as needed.
12. Be responsible for the implementation the company process to supervise and control the material planning when SOP,ECR,EOP. Minimize the obsolescence material cost.

监督制定工厂相关的物料计划；负责供应商产量预测及订单发放，确保采购材料及时交付，保障生产按时完成以满足客户需求
不断创新来满足公司发展目标和业务目标

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. 结合公司战略，制定年度的材料库存计划目标并领导实施，确保工厂年度库存目标的达成
2. 制定年度供应商的管理规划，制定行动计划并监督完成,以确保供应商库存准备和交付的目标达成。按照公司的业务目标，制定供应商管理改善目标，并领导实施。
3. 负责供应商产量预测及订单的发放并对供应商的产能进行持续跟踪，确保供应商满足项目的产能需求。
4. 对供应商准时发运率负责，并且运用需求管理工具来保证准时交付。
5. 负责在工厂里实施物料管理自我评审，并对供应链指标实施改进。
6. 确保系统信息的正确性并根据需要进行调整。
7. 根据公司的业务战略，确保物料计划人员充足且高效的人力资源配置。
8. 负责部门预算并确保实际花费可控。
9. 保持与计划团队和物流团队的无障碍紧密沟通，确保快速达成工作目标。
10. 最大程度的减少额外运费和一次性购买的费用。
11. 加强与公司其他部门的合作，不断完善公司业务流程以确保公司新产品顺利投产。
12. 按照公司流程严格实施并监控SOP,EOP,ECR阶段的物料计划，最大化降低呆滞物料风险。

工作联系：与物流主管、生产计划主管保持良好沟通和协作，与采购部和启动部门保持良好的沟通与协调，以确保问题的快速解决和工作目标的达成

最大化降低额外运费
最大化降低SPOT BUY的费用
通过合理安排供应商交付计划来不断降低成本
通过管控物料计划来控制物料成本

分析要求 Analytical Requirements:
很强的问题分析、解决能力
良好的沟通协调能力

任职资格:

Preferred Competencies
Demonstrated skills and abilities as might be expected from an individual with…
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably major in science and engineering.
2. Over 5 years’ experience of material planning, preferably in automotive industry. Over 3 years’ managing experience.
3. Professional knowledge and skills:
Ability of constructing and managing aspects of logistics, planning, warehousing, etc in a manufacturing enterprise.
Familiar with MRP/ERP.
Good management and coordination skills to lead the team for daily work and provide support and direction if necessary.
4. Fluent verbal and written English
5. Be skillful with office software.
6. Well organized, good teamwork player.

资格和要求 Qualification and Requirements:
1. 教育：本科及以上学历，理工类专业优先
2. 工作经验：5年以上相关工作经验，有汽车行业工作经验者优先，3年以上管理经验
3. 专业知识/技能：
？ 熟悉MRP和ERP/QAD
？ 较强的管理能力与协调能力，能够很好的带领团队工作并且给予适当的帮助与指导
？ 制造型企业物流、计划、仓储等环节的建设及管理能力

4. 其他：
？ 优良的英语读写和沟通能力，独立组织跨国电话会议
？ 熟练使用办公室软件
？ 良好的沟通、组织管理能力；具有良好的团队精神和较强的协调能力
