央企集团海外水泥厂建设EPC项目土木工程总监结构设计总监及土木工程师

主要工作：
参与项目建设现场考察、了解环境资源和地质条件，工厂布局，向业主澄清水泥厂建或技改项目国际招标文件土建及钢结构专业内容，提交项目投标准备文件的土建和结构初步设计方案，与水泥设计院沟通，提供设计基础资料，协助处理海外项目图纸技术标准转化，审查验收设计院的设计详图；制定详细的项目土建施工及质量控制方案。协助项目经理实施建设项目，选择土建分包商，监督工程进度计划和施工质量，审批阶段验收付款，根据现场突发状况例如：地质条件、排水、道路变更等，进行优化设计。负责竣工文件移交。

最佳人选：
土建或结构总监，38至50岁，土木工程专业本科以上学历；至少15年工业建筑类从业经历，有8年以上水泥设计院土建工程师或结构设计师或中材建设等承包商土木工程师经验，有3年以上海外建设项目土建负责人经验，熟悉菲迪克条款等国际土木工程项目规范性组织实施文件；曾组织2000吨以上生产线的土建专业工作；具有较强的多元文化的适应能力；最好英语流利，聘用基地在北京，需要国内外中短期出差。

土建工程师，28至45岁，需要7年水泥行业项目建设经验。其它条件参考土木工程总监。
