职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、主持部门工作，拟定部门工作计划与总结；
2、组织编制人力资源规划与实施；
3、各子（分）公司人事报表审核，组织人力资源系统会议；
4、重点关注招聘工作，带领招聘团队对关键岗位实施选拔、留用；
5、指导员工培训工作的开展，带领建立公司培训体系；
6、收集数据，指导公司薪酬体系改革；
7、组织拟定公司各种规章制度，对现有制度进行不断的完善和改革；
8、根据公司发展战略提出人力资源规划、并监督实施；
9、根据公司现行状况，建立完善合理的人力资源体质架构，不断推动公司人力资源变革创新；
10、组织实施对下级单位人力资源政策执行抽查；
11、根据公司人才战略，负责公司人力资源人才培养；
12、公司各部门非关键岗位员工任用把关，关键岗位人员提出任用建议。

岗位要求：
1、全日制大学本科及以上学历，工商管理、人力资源管理类专业毕业；
2、5年以上工作经历，持中级以上资格证书；
3、有大型集团企业（500人以上）人力资源管理工作经历，英语熟练。
