职位描述：

1. 生产管理

制定生产计划与实施，统筹安排零部件的订购

下达生产计划，跟踪生产商各工序生产准备情况。监督并亲临生产商现场检查生产现场巡查情况。组织协调生产过程中出现的问题。保证生产的准时性。

进行生产记录，把重大问题进行汇总上报，提出解决问题的方法和措施

参与公司新品试制计划的制定，提出适合批量生产的建议

2. 精益生产流程制定

绘制（中英文）生产流程图，对流程进行分割，并进行统筹和优化。

进行生产数据统计分析，提出生产成本控制方法、改进建议，减少浪费

逐步建立无间断的标准操作流程，实施拉式生产杜绝生产过程中的浪费，并对其不断优化，保证生产的准时性。


3. 生产质量管理

运用视觉管理，制定生产各个环节的质量控制点及控制标准，使发生质量缺陷后能及时发现。把控生产各个环节的质量控制，监控产品质量，对质量异常情况现场分析并与生产商一起原地解决。

组织生产商开展质量缺陷分析， 进行质量整改，并提出改善建议

对生产过程中使用材料进行环保检测，保证最终产品的环保达标

进行（中英文）质量体系相关文件的制定与修订


任职要求：

1. 可以自我管理。了解并拥护公司理念
2. 本科及以上学历，英语良好，可与公司外国同事进行沟通
3. 有5年以上制造行业生产管理经验
4. 接受过系统的精益生产培训，并有丰富的实践经验
5. 能够科学的设计生产流程，科学的设计生产布局，对提高效率，减少浪费有独到的能力和见解
6. 能够有效的与生产商沟通，有效的调动生产商生产积极性
7. 熟悉erp生产流程模式，掌握过程控制的一般方法和工具，能够通过数据分析改进生产的稳定性
8. 具有一定的工业工程 和设备操作(例如cnc)经验
9. 可以读懂图纸 (例如stl/step)
10. 有日企汽车电子或家具产品的工作经验者，及有创业公司工作经验者优先
11. 可以接受长期出差

Location: Weifang/ Beijing

Job description:

1. Production management

Overall production planning, including overall arrangement of parts ordering.

Arranging production plans with OEM manufacturer, tracking their preparation readiness of all processes. On-site visit and on-site supervise of factory during production phase. Organize and coordinate problems during production. Ensure production is on time.

Record production development, report major issues to management, and propose methods / measures to solve the problems.

Participate in new product prototyping, and give recommendations that fit for mass production.

2. Tailor lean production process

Draw (both in English and Chinese) production flow chart. Segment the whole process, and optimize each individual process. Establish standard operation procedure.

Do statistical analysis of the actual production process. Propose methods to reduce waste and cost, and make recommendations for ways to improve.

Gradually establish a non-interrupting SOP, implement pulling production method to eliminate waste in production process, and continuously improve it.

3. Product quality management

Using visual management to develop quality control points and control standards along production process, to make sure quality defects will be detected immediately after occurrence. Control production quality all the way through production, analysis quality defects and resolve them on the spot.

Organize manufacturer for quality defects analysis, carry out quality rectification, and make recommendations for improvement.

Control of materials being used during production to make sure the final product passes environmental friendly standards.

Draft the company’s quality system document (both in English and Chinese)


Job requirements:

1. Self-driven. Understand and support the company’s philosophy.
2. Bachelor degree or above, with good English communication (speaking and writing) skills.
3. More than 5 years experience in production management.
4. Received systematic lean production training, with rich practical filed experience.
5. Able to scientifically design and manage production process. Has insights for improving production efficiency and reducing waste.
6. Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with manufacturers, to mobilize them and to make sure production is on time.
7. Familiar with ERP production software. Knows tools and methods to manage process. Capable of improving the stability of production through data analysis.
8. Certain degree of experience in industrial engineering and machinary (i.e. CNC machine) operating.
9. Able to read drawings (i.e. stl/step files).
10. Experience from furniture manufacturing or Japanese automotive/electronics companies is preferred. Experience working for startup companies is preferred.
