Responsibilities:
1. Leading the plant in achieving a sustainable safety culture through effective implementation of the plant safety system which is focused on risk and incident reduction, case management and safety system effectiveness, etc;
引导工厂实现可持续的安全文化，通过重点控制风险、事故减少、案例管理和安全系统有效性等方面有效实施工厂安全体系；
2. Improve the company’s environment protection, safety and occupational health system, and periodic review;
完善公司环境保护、安全和职业健康管理体系，组织定期评审；
3. Make the plan of environmental protection, safety and occupational health, and come up with implementation project;
规划公司环境保护、安全和职业健康管理目标，落实实施方案；
4. Responsible for the training and propaganda of environment protection, safety and occupational health;
负责有关环境保护、安全和职业健康内容的培训和宣传；
5. Organizing the job of safety supervision, rejecting hidden perils and follow-up their action;
组织进行安全检查、隐患排查及整改跟踪；
6. Responsible for the contingency plans and emergency practice of firefighting, industrial injuries, environment pollution;
组织进行有关消防、工伤、环境污染等突发事件应急预案演练；
7. Organizing the investigation of accident, dealing with the accident and come up with the preventive plan;
组织进行事故调查、处理和落实预防控制措施；
8. Maintain a good effective communication with local social security office, safety supervision office, environment office and fire station to make sure company operate legally;
与地方社保、安监所、环保局、消防队有效沟通，并确保公司合规运营；
9. Providing urgent response to operational issues 24/7 which includes environmental upset conditions and case management of safety incidents;
提供包括环境不安条件和病例管理安全事件的7天24小时紧急响应操作；
10. Deal with other issues the leader hand over to do.
领导安排的其他工作。
 
任职要求：
Requirements:
1. University or above major in safety and environment, etc.
  本科及以上学历，安全、环保及相关专业；
2. At least 3 years related work experience in foreign companies;
3年以上大型外资企业相关工作经验；
3. Familiar with Office software，excellent English skills in speaking, writing, listening and reading，familiar with the system and government policy of environment, safety and occupational health;
熟练使用办公软件，英文听说读写良好，熟悉环保、安全和职业健康等方面的体系、政策及相关法规；
4. Diligence, steady, Strong sense of team, good executive capability;
