RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Work with all divisions'(Flour, Oil and Detergent) sales and marketing teams in developing and executing a holistic plan /strategy to grow online (web and mobile) sales in Mainland China.The plan should be customized to each division's needs and should integrate efforts across marketing (digital,brand and trade) and sales
2.Integrate resources between divisions and leverage upon the collective strength of all divisions to achieve synergistic results in the online space
3.Standardize and drive implementation of shared best practices for each division, e.g. processes, KPIs, P&L management, etc.
4.Work with each division's marketing team to strengthen brand, trade and digital marketing support for online sales and achieve more optimal online-offline integration
5.Work with division teams to develop meaningful and realistic KPIs to track results of sales and marketing initiatives; continuously monitor and track their performance / effectiveness and recommend proposals to refine our strategy where appropriate
6.Elevate in-house knowledge of online sales channels and marketing tactics, and the relation between the two. Ensure that key decision-makers and team members are kept abreast of industry trends and practices
REQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelor degree holder with minimum 5 years of online sales and operational experience in a FMCG company in Mainland China
2.Strong operational experience with an in-depth understanding of value chains and operational models, especially in the context of online sales. Experience in food and homecare industries is an advantage
3.Extensive experience in O2O,marketing and social media strategies
4.Proven track record in building and managing teams / online sales force and in devising sales KPIs to achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets
5.Extensive experience in distributor, channel and product / pricing management
6.Strong market knowledge and network within major online platforms and well versed in developing partnerships with key stakeholders within the network
7.Strong organizational, project and time management, analytical, logical reasoning, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills
8.Demonstrated ability to deal with change, think strategically, and make complex decisions
9.Team player with demonstrated ability to perform at a high level under pressure
10.Ability to prioritize and lead the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion
11.Strong presentation and communication skills, and an ability to shape and articulate strategic initiatives to senior management
12.Ability to drive and lead change in a fast growing business within a Hong Kong-listed company with traditional roots
13.Passionate, entrepreneurial and result-oriented self-starter who is keen on leading and driving the growth of a strategic channel
14.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
15.Good command of spoken and written Mandarin and English
