一 物流/发货管理
1. 订单及时处理，安排仓库及物流发货
2. 追踪订单后续完成情况及协调解决配送异常情况
3. 密切配合销售代表，为客户提供优质服务
4.配合完成上级领导分配的其他工作
二 采购管理
1.根据采购需求，收集供应商资料、样品，组织评审和谈判
2.建立合格供应商资源库并定期考核、管理供应商
3.运输市场调研、成本及运价测算以及合同管理
4.制定付款计划及付款相关的对帐、控制并细化落实、完成所下达的成本调整计划
5.跟踪每批货物的交货、备货状态，及时反馈重要/异常信息，确保货物按质按量及时到位
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历；化学化工专业、物流专业优先
2、熟悉供应链运作流程，熟悉ERP系统
3、计算机操作熟练，英语良好
4、具有较好的沟通能力，工作细心 举报 分享
