Position Description:
.Maintain the specific product/portfolio, for commercial vehicle body/chassis/powertrain control units, of the entire lifecycle, from product phase-in to phase-out.
.Align with the internal teams and customer interfaces for appropriate off-the-shelf solutions, as well as new product introductions.
.Define, assess and steer the new product development and/or engineering change, to optimize/improve the application/quality.
.Survey the market trends of commercial vehicles’ control units’ development.
.Identify and assess business cases, make strategic action plan and monitor its implementations.
.Collaborate with the local team, as well as the relevant partners in HQ and/or other locations.
.Support project planning and implementations.
.Fulfill the assigned tasks from management and/or the team.
Requirements:
.Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering, EE is perferred.
.5 years’ related experience in the automotive industry.
.Good knowledge about automotive E/E system and its components.
.Demonstrated ability to work with multiple products and customers.
.Professional experience of working with cross-function teams: marketing/sales, PM/R&D, application/quality/service.
.Strong skills of business case analysis.
. Fully developed communication skills, in English and Chinese.
. Experience in PM and/or R&D is a plus.
