Responsibilities工作职责
? Be responsible for the total supply chain;对公司的整个供应链负责
? Be responsible for planning, assembly, storage and procurement processes;对计划、采购、仓储、装配负责;
? Be responsible for a purchasing plan, materials arrival plan, production design plan, stock control plan and the ordering for goods; 对采购计划、物料到货计划、生产计划、库存管理计划、订单跟踪负责；
? Be responsible for building, training, managing and assessing teamwork and improving the effectivity of employees in their work.对团队建设、培训、指导、考核负责，对提升新员工工作效率负责；
? Be responsible for evaluation and management of distributors and other external networks; 对评估、管理分销商及外部其他网络负责；
? Be responsible for balancing the system of supply and demand对供销平衡计划体系的合理性、准确性负责；
? Be responsible for leading supply chain excellence programmes, effectively manage the end-to-end supply chain and consolidate the supply chain where appropriate.对领导具有优秀计划供应链及有效管理端对端的供应链负责，并在合适的地方巩固供应链基础。

Job requirements:岗位需求
? Education in Supply Chain, Operations or similar BBA/MBA;接受物流、供应链、运营及相关教育
? Academic credentials of undergraduate bachelor or above本科以上学历
? Knowledge of purchasing and inventory management and planning concepts;具有采购、库存管理及计划概念方面的知识；
? At least 7-10 years of relevant working experience五年以上相关工作经验
? Knowledge and experience of ERP in an manufacturing environment, preferably experience in transition from non-ERP to ERP environment;具有ERP方面的知识；
? Proven experience with improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) would be an advantage;具有(六西格玛、精益生产等)方面的提升方法经验且具有优势；
? Skillful with Excel, PowerPoint;熟练掌握Excel PowerPoint等办公软件
? Capable of professional written and spoken communication in Chinese and English language. 熟练掌握中英文。
