Industrialization Specialist - Your Future Position?
As a Industrialization Specialist in our Flavours Division, you will provide the support on quality management and industrialization function. In this exciting role you will:

? Efficiently scale-up new products and support new technology introduction
? Drive optimization of manufacturing processes and technologies.
? Coordinate production transfers.
? Comply with Site Quality & Food safety policy.
? Take part in internal and external quality system and food safety audits and coordinate the post audit actions to achieve compliance, and report on quality system operational performance for review and as a basis for im-provement of the quality system.
? Support relevant department to comply with the requirements of quality system and food safety by preparing the providing training program.
? Other responsibilities as assigned by the Quality Management and Industrialization Manager.

? Your professional profile includes:
? Responsible, independent, proactive, aggressive and team player
? Bachelor degree with food science related major
? Above 3 years sales experience in food /ingredient/additives industry
