JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Production Supervisor
Department: Operations
ODG / Function: Flavour

Purpose & Scope of Job
To provide the support on production function- overall responsibility for powder flavor
production, inventory controls, packaging and sampling lab activities.

Main Responsibilities & Duties
? Allocate resources (manpower / equipment) adequately to service customers and minimize costs, in all areas under Production responsibilities :
- production planning
- Powder Blender
- Spray Dryer
? Measured by :
- production efficiency and costs
- lead-time reduction
? Execute Production plan to ensure best costs and service
? Manage staff of supervisors and employees.
? Hire staff and organize training accordingly to meet safety, GMP, and quality expectation.
? Design, implement and update all procedures regarding production on a timely basis.
? Feedback all system issues regarding production I.T. in order to operate with
? limited downtime.
? Organize and monitor daily operations and housekeeping so that equipment and facilities are kept in good condition and operate with high levels of efficiency and dependability.
? Comply with site Quality and Food Safety Policy
? Provide engineering with relevant input in all production related projects.
? Implement all safety procedures as required by the company in this area of
? responsibility.
? Foster highest quality standard in all works performed.
? Direct total cycle time (TCT) effort by leading cross-functional team of peers
? Manage effectively the dept budget by keeping tight control on dept. expenses.
? Key liaison position for the Region, including special projects and new technologies and processes in production area. 举报 分享
